Indian Journal of Orthopaedics Surgery is a Double-Blind Peer Review Journal published as, quarterly journal. IJOS publishes as applied orthopaedics for a worldwide readership. It publishes articles of Orthopaedics and international scientific community. Papers related to orthopaedic science on a worldwide basis are also considered. Special emphasis is given to issues that go beyond the traditional boundaries of an orthopaedic journal. Research activities and medical education , the role of orthopaedics in society, new findings from the frontiers of current research are always encouraged.

Aim and Scope: Indian journal of orthopaedics surgery has a outreach to the wide readership in the fraternity of orthopaedics. The aim is to reach world over and exhibit the work of Indian subcontinent to the world in form of research work, bone biology studies ad trauma.
In the recent issues we are moving away from the traditional frontiers in orthopaedics to role of orthopaedics in society newer research.
