JRSS welcomes original submissions from disciplines and specialty areas including, but not limited to: Rural Sociology; Agricultural Economics; Natural Resource Sociology; Demography and Immigration; Community Sociology; Sociology of Agrifood; Rural Health; Agricultural Education; Cultural Anthropology; Cultural Geography; Rural Policy, and Rural History.
